An amazing site but not such an amazing house! The bones of the house were good and the layout worked but it was small and it was very dated on the outside. The client wanted more sun into the house and the utilisation of the elevated views directly to the Southern Alps. A new living area and master bedroom wing were designed and the general upgrade of the existing bedrooms and bathrooms were completed. Two outdoor living areas were designed to give protection for the wind directions and to be used at different times of the day.
