Having visited the Paterson-Hawes residence at Taupo by JPA Ltd, the client wanted to capture the same beach feel the Taupo residence had, along with the design that allowed for living and views to both sides of the building. This 3 storey home allows for the living and the master bedroom suite on the upper floor, with further bedrooms and a main bathroom to the lower level. The garaging is then tucked into the lowest part of the site with patio terracing over. Decks to both the north and south of the house allow for outdoor living in any weather condition and to utilise the contrasting views.
